SHADES OF BARBERA

A complete tasting for those who seek a deeper knowledge of the different expressions of Barbera, different according to the vineyard of origin and its interpretation.
You will taste different wines such as CARIALOSO (white Barbera), BASSINA (Barbera d’Asti), ALBAROSSA (crossing plant of Barbera and Nebbiolo di Dronero) and two vintages of CIRESA (Barbera d’ Asti Superiore).

SWEET SENSATIONS

An in-depth visit for fans of our most representative wines, Moscato and Brachetto.
You will discover the different types of vinification and taste the ASTI Docg, the SCRAPONA Moscato d’Asti Docg, the PINETO Brachetto d’Acqui Docg, PASSRI’ DI PINETO Brachetto Passito and two vintages of PASSRI’ di SCRAPONA, STREVI doc Moscato Passito.

PIC-NIC

Visit to the Winery in Strevi, tasting of three wines.

Transfer to Cascina Valtignosa ( 5 minutes by car ) for a pic-nic between the vineyards.

PICNIC GOURMET : local charcuterie and cheese like Robiola di Roccaverano DOP with Mostarda, home made bread and hazelnuts breadsticks, salad with vegetables from the garden, beef carpaccio with parmesan, hazelnut cake, water.

PICNIC GOURMET VEGETARIANO : Insalata russa e Robiola di Roccaverano Dop con mostarda, pane casereccio e grissini alla nocciola, insalata fredda di farro, verdure e legumi, frittatine ai fiori su letto di verdure, torta di nocciole, mezzo litro di acqua frizzante o naturale

PICNIC BABY : local charcuterie and cheese, home made bread and grissini, pasta salad, hazelnut cookies, water.

All the PIC-NIC are available with the gluten-free option – indoor places available in case of bad weather. For all the proposals there will be disposable compostable accessories, and glasses to return.
