Selected grapes, hand-harvested. Soft pressing, must filtration, fermentation halted by filtration upon reaching 5 percent alcohol by volume, and a delicate effervescence.

Straw-yellow color with intense aromas of citrus, apricot, fig, and orange blossom; on the palate, it is pleasantly sweet, aromatic, and immediately reminiscent of the grape from which it originates, Moscato.

Its moderate alcohol content makes it a delicious, natural thirst-quencher between meals; a dessert wine par excellence, it also lends itself to unusual pairings such as aperitifs, raw fish, and sushi. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place.
Open and serve at 8° - 10° C in medium-sized glasses.
