Scrapona Collezione di Famiglia

100% Moscato Bianco. Strevi, Valle Bagnario, Scrapona vineyard, planted in 1996 using cuttings from the old vines that grew here. Mainly marly and sandy soil, facing south-west.

After the classic vinification of Scrapona, a few bottles in the best vintages are aged in an old underground concrete tank for at least 4 years

Golden color. Notes of citron, citrus, rosemary and petrol. Soft on the palate: the sweetness is subdued, it stays fragrant, and the delicate bubbles are preserved over time.

Pairs with cheeses, desserts and exotic dishes, or is an excellent dessert on its own.
Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place. Open and serve at 8–10°C in medium-sized glasses. An aged Scrapona evolves in surprising ways, even after several years.
