100% Brachetto. Marenco vineyards in Strevi.

Produced exclusively with selected grapes harvested by hand in our vineyards. The grapes are left to macerate with the skins for 2-3 days at a low temperature. Vinification, which takes place in stainless steel, is followed by an aging period, also in stainless steel, for about 6 months.

Bright cherry pink color. Intense and complex aroma, notes of rose and cherry. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a delicate aromatic persistence.

Pizza and focaccia, appetizers, pasta, salads, fish, sushi, and also prosciutto. Store in a cool, dark place. Open and serve at 8°-10° C in medium-sized glasses.
