Cortese grapes from our vineyards at 250/300 mt.above the sea level. Grapes are picked manually in the first half of September

Grapes are softly pressed to remove the skins. The juice is then blended and fermented at low temperature. After an ageing period of around 4 months in stainless steel tanks, the wine is ready for bottling.

Beautiful straw yellow color, clear and bright. Wide bouquet, intense and persistent on the nose with scents of fresh flowers and fruits and a nice mineral hint. Dominant refreshing acidity and body on the palate.

It pairs well with pasta dishes, poultry, fish and fried food. Also nice with asian dishes. Open and serve at 10-12° C.
