Baniè

100% Moscato Bianco. Marenco vineyards. The name Baniè refers to the Bagnario valley in Strevi.

Grapes are hand-picked at full ripeness and air-dried for about one month. After pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, where the wine will continue to age for about 6 months.

Golden yellow color. Typical aromas of Moscato di Strevi, delicately concentrated. Natural sweetness well integrated and balanced by freshness and a mineral vein.

It pairs very well with cheeses and desserts. Store in a cool, dark place. Open and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve in medium or small glasses at 10°C.
