Grapes are manually selected and harvestd in little baskets. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks. Part of the grapes is pressed as whole bunch. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for about 9 months in stainless steel tanks.

Intense, enveloping, and aromatic bouquet, with prevailing floral and fruity notes of red roses, strawberries, and sour cherries. Full and juicy flavor with an intriguing bitterish nuance on the finish.

Excellent with cured meats or meat sauces, stuffed pasta. Store the bottle horizontally in a dark and cool place. Open and let rest for a few minutes. Serve in medium sized glasses at 16°c.
