Fermentation and secondary fermentation at a low temperature to keep all the aromas and freshness of the grape intact.

Straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. Delicate, floral nose with hints of green apple and citrus. On the palate, it is soft and lively, with fruity notes and good structure. Fine perlage.

Excellent as an aperitif, it brilliantly pairs with appetizers, fish dishes, white meats, shellfish, and fried foods. Store in a dark, cool place. Open and serve at 8°-10° C in medium-sized wine glasses.
