Scrapona

100% Moscato Bianco. Strevi, in the Bagnario valley, Scrapona vineyard, planted in 1996. Predominantly marly, sandy soil, south-west exposure.

Grapes carefully selected and hand-picked. Soft pressing, must filtration, fermentation with natural secondary fermentation (without added sugars).

Straw yellow tending to golden yellow. Floral, apricot, pear, and tropical fruit notes, delicate and fragrant aroma. Pleasant and characteristic taste, sweet and never cloying, fresh, mineral.

It accompanies all desserts, especially hazelnut cakes, amaretti, and zabaglione.
Excellent as a standalone drink during moments of relaxation. Also interesting in original pairings with fresh cheeses or fried food, and great as an aperitif. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place. Open and serve at 8° - 10° C in medium-sized glasses.
The evolution of an aged Scrapona, even for several years, is surprising.
