100% Brachetto. Strevi, Pineto Vineyard. Amphitheater-shaped exposure facing South, white, sandy and marly soils.

The grapes are naturally air-dried on racks from September to October, followed by soft pressing and skin selection for maceration. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for up to 6 months, stopping without filtration due to the concentration of sugars and alcohol. The wine then ages in old wooden barrels for 2 years.

Medium-intensity ruby red with garnet reflections.

Pairs with all kinds of pastries, stands up to chocolate, even dark chocolate.
Excellent as an after-dinner drink and for any moment of relaxation. Store the bottle horizontally in a cool, dark place. Open and serve at 12°C in small glasses suitable for dessert and meditation wines. After opening, the passito remains good for several days. It is also suitable for aging for many decades.
