Masino

100% Barbera. Vigna Lunga Masino in Cassine.

Secondary fermentation in autoclave for the creation of effervescence.

Ruby red with purple reflections. Vinous and fruity nose. Fresh, lively and dry palate.

A wine for any meal, even in summer, served at a low temperature. Ideal with cured meats and bagna cauda. Store in a cool, dark place. Open and serve at 16°C in medium-sized glasses. Barbera's delicate tannins make Masino excellent even when served chilled on summer days.
