Carialoso 2022

100% White Barbera (or Caricalasino). A rare indigenous white grape variety from Piedmont, which we have saved from extinction. Carialoso vineyard in Strevi.

Grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and picked into small crates. Fermentation takes place in 225-liter wooden barrels, where the wine continues to age on suspended lees for approximately 9 months.

Intense straw yellow color. Persistent aroma with sweet aromatic notes of chamomile and honey. Savory and mineral taste, it will offer pleasant emotions even after a few years in the bottle.

An all-round wine, suitable for pasta dishes with various sauces, white meats, and full-flavored fish dishes. Store in a cool, dark place. Open and let rest for a few minutes. Serve in medium-large glasses at 10°C. Suitable for aging.
