Brut Blanc de Blancs

Chardonnay 80%, Cortese 10%, Caricalasino (Barbera Bianca) 10%. Marenco vineyards in Strevi and Cassine.

Produced exclusively from selected grapes, hand-picked from our vineyards. Vinification takes place in steel tanks, and slow secondary fermentation in autoclaves creates a fine and persistent bubble. This is followed by a long maturation on the lees.

Straw yellow, tending to golden, with a lively mousse and fine perlage.
Delicate, floral nose, with hints of green apple and citrus. On the palate, it is soft, lively, with fruity notes and good persistence.

Ideal as a refreshing aperitif and for special occasions. It pairs well with appetizers and first courses, with fish, and with Parmigiano cheese. Also excellent with pizza. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place. Open and serve at 8°C in medium-sized glasses.
