The grapes are pressed, and the must is first decanted overnight and then sent for secondary fermentation. Fermentation is stopped by filtration when the alcohol content reaches approximately 6.5 degrees and a strong, fine, and persistent foam is achieved.

Pale straw yellow, fine and subtle perlage. Pleasantly intense and fruity. Expresses the elegance of orange blossoms, apples, and peaches, typical of the Moscato grape. Sweet, aromatic, delicate.

A wine for after meals, to be paired with dry and baked desserts and with fruit. An ideal accompaniment for cakes and pastries. A perfect wine for toasts and celebrations. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place. Open and serve at 8°-10° C in medium-sized glasses.
