Shades of Barbera
A complete tasting for those seeking a deeper understanding of the different expressions of Barbera, its diverse characteristics based on the vineyard of origin, and its interpretation. You will taste Carialoso (white Barbera), Bassina (Barbera d'Asti), Albarossa (a cross between Barbera and Nebbiolo di Dronero), two vintages of Ciresa (Barbera d'Asti Superiore), and Nizza DOCG Riserva Zana. The wines are paired with a selection of cured meats, cheeses, and breadsticks.
