Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. For orders delivered in more than one shipment, the period starts from delivery of the last item. This right applies to all orders, including those shipped outside the European Union.
To exercise it, email us at visit@marencovini.com with your order number, the items you are returning, and your name and address. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory.
How to return items

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend packaging suitable for shipping bottles. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature and characteristics of the items.
Refunds
We refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your order. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or until you show proof that you have sent them. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard one, the difference is not refunded.
Special cases
- Sealed bottles and food products: withdrawal does not apply if they have been opened after delivery (Art. 59(e), Italian Consumer Code).
- Winery experiences and Picnic: as services booked for a specific date, they are not subject to withdrawal (Art. 59(n), Italian Consumer Code). Cancellations and date changes are governed by our Booking Terms and Picnic Booking Terms.
- Gift cards and experience vouchers: you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, provided the gift card or voucher has not been used.
- Passrì En Primeur: the 14-day period starts from receipt of the bottles.
- Subscription Selections: withdrawal applies to each individual shipment, within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your package on delivery. If it is damaged, photograph it and let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, at visit@marencovini.com. If an item arrives broken, defective or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you, and return costs are on us. Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. 128 et seq., Italian Consumer Code) remain unaffected.
