Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the picnic for a full refund. After that, no refund is given, as picnic baskets are prepared in advance.

No-shows
No refund is given if you don't show up without notice.

If we cancel
If we have to cancel the picnic, you can choose a new date or a full refund.

As these are leisure services booked for a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 59(n), Italian Consumer Code).
