Manually picked Barbera, Dolcetto, Albarossa grapes. Vineyards in the area of Strevi ,Cassine, Fontanile, 250/300 mt above sea level.

Grapes are crushed and femented at controlled temperature. The wine then ages in oak barrels for at least 9 months

Intense ruby red. The nose is fruity ad spicy. The mouth is full, round and has a nice persistence.

Versatile wine that pairs well with all traditional dishes, intensifying their features. Open and serve at 16-18°C .
