100% Brachetto. Strevi, Pineto Vineyard. Amphitheater-shaped exposure facing South, white, sandy and marly soils.

Grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked. After crushing, the must macerates on the skins for 2-3 days to extract colour and aromas. The must is then separated from the skins, clarified, and refined in steel tanks at 0°C. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place and is stopped at 5 degrees by filtration.

Color Medium intensity ruby red tending to rosé. Aroma delicate, with hints of rose, raspberry, and red fruit. Taste sweet and soft, fresh, with a persistent mousse.

Strawberries, berries, chocolate desserts and fruit tarts. Also try with spicy, oriental foods
and cured meats. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place. Open and serve at 8°-10°C in small or medium-sized glasses.
