Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel for 8-10 days. The wine will continue to age in stainless steel tanks.

Deep ruby red color. Dry, velvety, and pleasantly almond-scented bouquet.

A unique wine which combines well with pasta, vegetables, meat and cheese.
Store the wine in a cool dark place. Open and serve at 18°C in medium size glasses.
